Shipping policy
🚚 Processing Times:
- Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days
- Subscription boxes (Quest 1 & Quest 2) ship on a monthly schedule, as per the product descriptions
Shipping Rates:
- We currently ship across Canada & USA using Canada Post
- Flat rate shipping is applied at checkout
- Shipping rates are shown before completing your order
- YES! The shipping on your order covers all months shipping within the Quest you purchase - Bundle Quest 1 & Quest 2 and save!
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Shipping within Canada: 3-7 business days after processing
- Shipping to USA: 5 - 10 business days after processing
- We love remote and rural locations but this may slightly increase shipping times
Tracking your order:
- The first months shipment for Quest #1 comes with tracking. All other orders and months of the subscriptions will be sent standard without tracking to keep your costs lower!
Damaged or Missing Packages:
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and contents
- If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, let us know and we will work with Canada Post to resolve the issue
International Orders:
- At this time Earth Quest Box typically ships within Canada & USA only. Please reach out if you need assistance getting an order complete outside of Canada & USA.
