Q: When will my Earth Quest Box arrive?

A: We usually ship within 3-5 business days. With Quest one, you will receive tracking info once shipped. All other months will be mailed standard without tracking - This helps keep your cost down.

Q: What's inside my Earth Quest Box?

A: Your first box for Quest one will include 3 mineral specimens, a matching educational collectors card for each specimen, a child's magnifying glass, and stickers. All other monthly shipments will come with the months unique mineral and matching collectors card. 

Q: Can I buy individual minerals or cards?

A: Yes! While most people love the full Quest subscriptions, some specimens and cards will be available individually in our shop. Keep an eye out for very limited quantity, special mineral drops. Follow our journey on social media to be the first to know!
